Are levels on levels.fyi accurate for Autodesk?

Does L5 at Google really map to Sr Software Architect/Director/Sr Director at Autodesk? I enjoy 3D rendering and ML, and I could see myself making the switch to Autodesk if TC and career growth make sense. But I only have 6 YOE (3/6 at L5, path to L6 likely in 1-2 years). Will Autodesk consider me for Sr Software Architect given my YOE? TC 380

I would say with 6 years of experience and L5 at Google you might be able to get Sr. Principal at Autodesk (P5 - level 14 on fyi). It’s unlikely that you would get Distinguished architect (level P6 - what is Grade 15 on Levels.FYI)… but you never know as the interview process is not really standardized.

yk what might be the interview process for an p5 architect?

As I mentioned, the process is not really standardized so it would depend on the teams. In my organization it would be 1-2 system design, 2 algorithm/Ds, and 2 behavioural interviews

Levels.fyi is skewed in terms of pay. L5 at Google typically is the same work/responsibility as a P4(Principal Engineer) @ Autodesk where the offer can be anywhere between 200-300k Forget about matching what you make at Google as most teams would rather hire cheap non-FAANG folks or hire outside the US.
