Hiring managers probably assume most of these numbers are bullshit anyway. Is it better to have a resume without numbers (instead just describing projects you worked on) or is it important to have metrics quantifying the impact? As example, I'm talking about stuff like "Worked on new CX feature that delivered X% boost in conversion and Y# new customers" vs. just describing the feature and your work on it in more detail. #resumereview #resume
