Are you thinking about how they are leveraging Bloomberg Terminal (specifically for realtime access to market data / research)?
If I recall correctly, people who work at Bloomberg are very restricted from investing in any stock and they have to work out with their trader so the trader or the company will send every transaction to Bloomberg as a matter of legal stuff
