Amazon folks, How much hike are you getting or expecting in your base pay this PCS season? Following the recent upgrades in salary policy, anything positive to hope for? L5 SDE TC: 335k #tech #salary
You're getting paid 335k at L5. Isn't that already on the new PCS band
I have seen 10 to 40 percent .. depends on current TC & proposed TC and the current base pay .. as there is no stocks for 2022 , all hike will be in base pay .. know someone who base pay will increase to 200k from 130k
What's the stock price set for 2022 and 2023 do you know?

I learned I was already in the new band and to expect peanuts so I requested a dive and save. This should put me higher in the band but I feel like a lot of people (who were hired in 2021) will be disappointed if they haven’t proactively asked their managers.
You can ask for dive and save ? How to do that ?
Do we know would the base pay increase for those already in the new band?
