Recently Interviewed for Coinbase and received an offer for IC4. Those who got the offer already, are you joining? I asked them about the team in India and they said they’re still hiring for the Pilot team. LinkedIn shows just one Software Engineer in India so far. Offered TC: 65L Role: IC4 Location: Remote❤️ Competing offers: MS(L61), OCI(IC3), Flipkart, Google(L3), GSachs PS: Coinbase has a fixed TC concept, so competing offers doesn’t matter. #Coinbase #remote
How do the other offers look like?
FK 42, MS 41, Google 44, OCI 49, GS 39 None of them comes close. Got rejected by Uber. So pretty much exhausted most options.

Got rejected. It was the first company i started with and that’s where i went wrong. Will retry in few months. Uber, Atlassian and probably Airbnb(Remote)

What are the benefits in Coinbase india? Are they able to give medical etc? The only other offer that can match you is possibly rubrik. If you dont mind may I pm you? In the same boat kinda.
The recruiters are not aware about most things and just read out text from JD or some official documents. They said all the details will be mentioned in the offer letter. Waiting for it to come.
Nothing is mentioned in the letter. They are yet to set up their benefits in India, will take around 3-4 months,

How was the interview ? What kind of questions they asked ? Can you please share your interview experience ?
Interview wasn’t LC type. It was more about LLD and OOD. Questions will be open ended and you’ll be given time to: 1. Design and come up with an approach 2. Choose the best DS for implementation 3. Cover edge cases nicely 4. Implement it showing OOPS/OODs concepts 5. Execute the code The interviewers are helpful and will provide hints/guidance as and when required.
Interviewers were American? As you mentioned only one software engineer on LinkedIn. Its good LC are not a part of process. And breakup of TC?
