I was wondering if anyone had went through the Argo AI ios interview? I have a former work colleague that now works as a recruiter for Argo AI in Pittsburgh, and she was wanting me to go through the application process. I currently work in healthcare as a software developer, so needless to say I have some serious reservations about if I am even qualified enough to apply. I wanted to see if anyone had been through the process, and could shed some light on what to expect, and what I should study/prep for. Any feedback is welcome. Recently got an offer for SWEII- my advice is always to apply and see what happens. Their compensation is great and the work seems cool. Worst case you get rejected or don't like the interview process. Feel free to DM with questions but tl;dr of the process is: 1. Recruiter screen 2. Technical screen (LC medium or similar) 3. Final round (2 technical w/ LC medium, 2 system design, 1 behavioral w/ hiring manager)
Really appreciate the insight, this helps with getting a plan of prep together. I am at this weird stage in my life where if I dont know what it is I am walking into, I just get anxiety about it. I cant even tell you when it started, its just there. I should probably just suck it up and do what you suggest and apply just to see what happens. :D
I feel a little of the same- that seems pretty normal though when you’re walking into the unknown. Also after I talked with most of the team I’m joining, I felt much better. it helps to know your potential coworkers are just normal people too, and most were in unrelated fields/industries. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt, I’m sure you are smart and very capable!
