A recruiter reached out to me for a regional mapping manager position (over US-East or US-West). I am not that familiar with the leveling at Argo AI. What level is this position, tech or non-tech, and what is the compensation is? Can anyone from Argo answer this? TC: 200k+
No idea, but you can ask the recruiter some questions to get an idea of the level. How many reports, what's the scope of work etc.
Based on locations it would be at least 3-4 direct reports to start based on the cities it is saying. Not sure if there are analysts under those direct reports.
I would think this would be L5,but it would depend on how you interview as well. If you do poorly it could downlevel to L4
