I've been waiting for a month now for my offer letter. Last week the recruiter said I should have it by this week and I got informed today that I'll have an update after 4th July due to some company policy. How do I expedite this? Current TC: 49 per hour intern Offer: 160K base, 40K RSU per year

If your team does daily standups, your manager is a micromanager
I had an offer from Argo 4 months ago. It took them a week to send me an offer letter.
Seema strange. You can keep interviewing. Given the current market situation who knows what they are doing.
This comment aged well
Got an offer from Argo too. Recruiter said the entire comp team is out of office lol
Will be going with another company anyways 🙄
Yeah this is not normal, took one day for me to get the offer letter.
Same. Took a day after on-site to get verbal offer… that was on a Friday. Had real offer in hand on the following Monday afternoon.
What org exactly is it?

That stock grant is equivalent to about $24k over 4 years at current valuation. Just keep thst in mind.
So 5th of June today. Did they get back to you?
Looks like my recruiter is delaying it. They said they will process my intern offer first
Not surprised in the current market condition
Seems like there’re some layoffs announced today, not sure of the scale though! Good luck anyway.
Source? Is this Public?
Public, yes, as in people said it on linkedin
