Asking for a pay adjustment even before joining
I accepted an offer from Nvidia and now there is pay adjustment at Intel. Can I approach HR at Nvidia about this and see if they can adjust my joining pay? Are you just going for the pay or something else? If intel can give you counter offer, will you stay? If you’re leaving bc of company/team/opp, then you don’t have much leverage. I don’t think you could ask for pay increase at Nvidia unless you’re willing to walk away if they rescind or they don’t budge
Nvidia gives much better RSU refreshers than intc. Long term nvidia is a better option

What did intel adjust? Is that for everyone?
Intel did minimum of 7% pay adjustment for people in HW/SW/AI between grade 3-7 This is worldwide. ~34k employees got it.
