Posting on behalf of my brother: He got offer as Associate Manager - L8 - USA He is being offered below: Base: 155 Joining Bonus: 15k 401k match - 6% ESPP - 15% off in Upto 10% Salary Individual Performance Bonus : No amount mentioned. Is this a normal package offered by Accenture to others? What is the expected IPB yearly with this company assuming you get average rating? YOE: 11 Years Update: when told recruiter that other companies are paying higher than this, they bumped bonus by 10k but did not change base. #accenture #salarynegotiation #package

Then it’s a typical L8 offer. Accenture doesn’t allocate RSUs at this level but it’s a great company to learn new technologies through their learning platform

It depends upon the project. Travel varies from 0 - 100%.
I think you should carefully consider the value of the ESPP. Ultimately it’ll add 1.5% to your income if you were to sell immediately but they will hold 10% of your salary and buy at the end of the period. I did it but really it’s a cheap loan for accenture
L8 in Canada usually earns half as much unless working in a niche skill area.
