What location? For MTV/SF - Not very sure how typical the equity awards I know of are but for salary, based on the private thread after Jan raises Center of band for TC for P6 is around 190-200k base. Also has 15% bonus target + the small number of equity awards I know of were all around 250k-300k over 4 years. Pretty sure mid P5 salary range is like 165-180 and that the same bonus target applies. Not sure what equity offers look like for P5. Unless FB has gotten a lot cheaper about equity and more generous with salary since I worked there the cash comp is pretty close but unless we're making some much bigger stock offers than I've heard of the equity part is much lower.
Is P5 equivalent to FB E5?
Yes, although I think E5 to E6 is a bigger jump than P5 to P6 here.

Haven't seen any discussion of comp ranges for managers, let alone directors. Our manager titles are a bit odd to begin with
