Atlassian salary expectations
What’s the expected salary for atlassian. Told me it’s 200ish k for senior ic Feels lowball Anyone chime in on this? Tc .. peanuts Yoe 6 #atlassian
When you say 400k. Does it include rsu or all base??

Including base + bonus + RSUs (per year).
I was offered 260K for senior engineer role (15+ YoE) where other offers are 400K+. They appear to low ball in order to avoid skewing TC difference between current and new employees. Work culture seems good which might be the reason folks compromise on TC to join. The recruiter was transparent saying max TC is 330K during negotiations but had to decline anyways due to big gap.
