Attention all HMs: My talented colleague

I have a Senior Software Engineer Lead who quite frankly in my opinion is a savant and perhaps even genius. The typical dev lead where I'm at is over 3 to 4 decent sized services / apps. He is over 48 and the two primary WS gateways. He's a wonderful person and any company would be lucky have someone with half his skill. It troubles me how poorly the company treats and compensates him based on his capabilities. I want to find him a new job. We're good friends now after working back to back for years. He'll need H1B and i140 sponsorship but this would be so small of an investment for the ROI. Any #google #nike #apple #nvidia #salesforce #facebook #amazon HM want more info?
