Do you use any auto investment app? Any suggestions?
Wait — Mint isn’t an auto investment app. I think you’re thinking of services like Betterment. Mint is good for putting all your accounts into one place to get a high level of your finances. I use it. But it’s slow, bulky and not terribly useful in the insights arena. I recently started using Clarity and like it a lot. It’s similar to Mint but it’s more focused on insights and has a beautiful UI. But it’s in its early days and doesn’t support as many services as Mint does.
Thanks for correcting me. I edited question and removed 'mint'
Okay so folks here use Betterment and Wealthfront and I wouldn’t be surprised if they recommend it. But my take on it is that I’d rather avoid the fees and invest in a S&P 500 index fund (or ETF). Vanguard and Schwab have low expense ratios and the returns over time are solid. If Warren Buffett advises it to mortals unlike him, then I’m all for it.

Is mint an auto investment app? Most people think of Wealthfront and Betterment when they think automatic investment.
