Autodesk offer evaluation
My current TC :150k plus 10% bonus at my nee company. I don’t work for esri any more just never switched profile. YOE : 14 on software but only 3 in aws public cloud. So I have an verbal offer from autodesk for an senior devops engineer remote with 160k base 15k sign on bonus 10% bonus 60k in RSU I don’t like really like my current role bcz of the wlb so I know autodesk will be great for it. So should I take it or ask for anything more? I live in Orange County #Autodesk

So when do the RSU vests is it like every Jan ?
If looking for YOE and pay, autodesk pays pretty low. But if you are looking for less work and relaxed life then its the way to go
Ah well I was getting paid so low in my old company for so long so even when I switched to 150k that was big jump. So all this pay is actually quiet surreal for me
How was the interview process? Leet code, data structures, K8s ?

This was for devops so more of that on aws troubleshooting and containers. No programming or lc

No on-site all of it via zoom
Did you end up taking the job? Also, how many zoom interviews in total did you have?
Be prepared for ppl to say ur getting lowballed
