Autodesk senior software position base comparison

Hi blind member I am writing for a friend of mine who has gone through the interview process and is expecting an offer from AUTODESK. The recruiter mentioned that based on the interview he might get senior software engineer or software engineer position. The location is Portland Oregan and was wondering how much Base and RSU he can ask. Based on the inflation I was wondering if he could ask the following numbers Senior Base 160k RSU 100k If not could anyone suggest me the numbers?
