Since it is for software engineer role and SFO and with 3yrs experience- I would guess it can be somewhere around 120-140base, 50k RSU for 3 years and 10% yearly bonus.. if lucky, 150base, 80k RSU for 3years
Which role , location and level ? And tbh its not that great in bay area compared to competitors or any bay area tech company
