I recently got laid off (or got a date for when I'd be laid off) and have interviewed at a few places since then. I just want to say, at least in my case, that Blind only increased my anxiety after I interviewed and made me question my own performance. I'm curious if anyone finds the post-interview threads to be be helpful? Or do they increase your anxiety?

I totally agree, lot of people take out their utmost fears in this forum. Avoid blind for as much as possible.
General sentiment on blind is negative and cynical. This is what's causing yours and many others' feelings of anxiety. I'm fine with it because despite this app being very negative, it's still pretty helpful. Just use it in moderation and steer clear of threads that don't pertain to your career.
Very true lol
Blind increases anxiety period lol
Blind is amazing to assess offers and get negotiation tips. Not very useful for interview prep
The irony is you are asking this on Blind š
Lol, I mean I like Blind. I just found that it wasn't really great for me after my interviews.
