Is it worth making this move? How much %increase in compensation can I expect?
Do u have an offer? I say move. Alexa is super hot right now. And you are not high enough level for power grabbing politics to impact you. Work will be hard but totally worth it in GOLD on your resume.
Stay away from Alexa the churn is massive and people lack direction
I wouldn't move to Alexa. Unless you want to learn how the sausage is made. It's not pretty.

I highly doubt they go more than 220k
L5 is a good level. They can go more than 250. Tell your expectation to recruiter and don’t accept the offer until they give what you want. They may say it is not possible but they do come back shortly after you reject as long as you are still in the market.
