Ok. Have three competing offers of less sde roles from companies with TV diff of ~20k. Like the work at Microsoft better. What's a good TC to negotiate for to avoid being below avg at ~sde2 taking into account my yoe?
What would be 10YoE be interviewing for at MSFT? Is it 63/64? :)
