Are jobless PMs taking downlevels in this market?
Looking to take a stake in AI hardware stocks. Have some NVDA but looking at others areas with some growth. Not expecting the same run up as other GPU AI stocks (or should I?) Is DRAM/NAND storage a heavy component for AI? Is a US company like Micron poised to profit? Considering CHIPS Act and the stock not caring what China does or doesn’t do it seems poised to capitalize on the AI run. Just unsure how much it is actually used in the technology…. TC: 225k / LCOL
I own micron, it's been a disappointment since the ATH. I'll hold onto it for the long run. Those chips anyway are in very high demand even though it's not strictly AI, and it's an American headquartered company in Boise Idaho, like you said it could suddenly become very important with the CHIPs act and animosity to China. AMD, AMZN, AAPL, NVidia, GOOG, Intel all make actual legit AI chips (GPU/NPU/TPU). Any one of those might "win", so I advise them all.
