Hi there, I’m looking at a Senior Group Manager role but I’m a bit confused as to their internal levels? Can anyone share where this falls in terms of seniority, what would the next promo level be? Thanks
M is Director. Managing Director is S. A senior group manager is likely to be either L or more likely M
M is a Sr Group Manager, and not all grade S are Managing Directors
Promo? Lol forgot about that for atleast 5 years
There is also an executive manager title. Does anyone know where that falls in the Org?
Team lead -> Group Manager -> Senior Group Manager -> Executive Manager > More executive Manager> CEO
Senior group manager is M or director level
Did you get the offer?
Ask you recruiter what level the role is for. This is what they told me: Associate - G Associate - H Sr. Associate - I VP - J VP - K Director - L MD - M
L is also VP and is a Group Manager if has reportees. Senior Group Manager is going to be M.
MD is an S, cannot be an M.
