FB TPM or Google TPM ?
Got offers from both FB and Google for TPM (big data n analytics) position. Both are remote roles. Not sure what to go for, which one has better WLB, more opportunities to grow ? Current TC: 210K FB TC: 310K Google TC: 280K

Google WLB vs Facebook Growth. You have to choose!
It’s a tradeoff. In general, better wlb at Google and better growth opportunities at FB. The other factor you might want to keep in mind is you’d likely have a few months to take your time to meet with teams and pick the one that resonates most at bootcamp after joining if you’re doing the generalist track at FB.
With Google it’s the same. I can pick my team, going through that process
I’d presumed team matching at Google happens before you join the company, but things might have changed now

Quick clarification, is this technical product manager and technical program manager? I'm trying for tech program manager roles and was wondering how technical they're supposed to be. (Former software engineer here)
Tech program…interviews technical but role is not really. Role is about execution and being able to understand technical concepts
