Get a better chair? Standing desk?
Is it from sitting too much? I wear a lower back support brace whenever I sit down now (no leg support in this position so it’s all on your back). Otherwise I stand up.
Get a better chair, desk, setup, and maybe invest in a good massaging device.
I can feel your pain (literally). I developed backpain due to SI joint dysfunction last year and the pain still persists. This was because of my poor posture and lack of mobility. A lot of stretching, slow and sustained fat loss with ample weight training has been really helpful. I also invested in standing desk and ensure to stand up during meetings (1-2 hours).
Does anyone know what happens if you work while sleeping on your bed at least half a day?
You have no commute. Just add in some working out into your routine and get a better chair or standing desk. You literally control the whole environment
Standing desk, better chair, yoga twice a week, and lift weights thrice a week only after recovery. Also are you over weight? If yes, start losing weight!
Same. Gotta get up and start moving around more. Good chair and standing desk will help, but nothing beats moving around
Spend the $ on a good chair that fits you properly. Adjust desk so you’re sitting upright w eyeliner right at top of monitor. If you have and ok’d bed and pillows an upgrade there could help. Most importantly, find a way to stay active. I have scoliosis and found when I don’t go to the gym for any length of time, the back pain comes back. Keeping the muscles strong will help ease stress points by keeping the back in alignment. I also see a chiropractor 2 times a month.
Please invest in good chair and desk
