Bad hires @Tesla
Does Tesla still have the overpaid director of Technical Operations with the initials PL (I think Italian) that didn't do much but was protected because of his boss and boss's boss? Wonder if he is still able to get away with it or has he or his boss left already like most people at tsla .
As far as I remember, he never did much (neither did his team). He would incite misunderstandings between teams and functions and then would stand by the side and watch the resulting chaos while trying to take credit for other people's work. also he was given the title of director without having the appropriate level of relevant experience and the title (and protection from his management chain) allowed him to get away with poor contributions and poor impact
No difference. These kind of people will be there in all tech companies.
