Bain Practice Senior Manager
Does anybody know the the compensation range (base, bonus) for Bain “practice senior manager”? I have gotten an interview, but they aren’t really revealing the TC. Non client facing people make less than client facing and dont get all the bonuses. I dont know how much exactly but I assume 20-30k. From my experience Client facing salaries are pretty standard across MBB btw
Your base as a senior manager should be around 220-240k and bonus can probably land you at 300k.
Thanks for the reply. Is $220-240 the range for an internal non-client facing role as well? This is a practice senior manager position.
