Off late having a lot of problems with dust and pollen allergy. I’m looking for an apartment with central AC to rent or buy. Any recommendations? No trolls please PS: one can retrofit AC units in each room but those do not fix the problems of gaps in windows, doors. TC:1.4 cr #bangalore #apartments
Hai, what do gaps have to do with choicy of central vs mini splits
it called 1.4 CR logic. Bigger vents from central ac actually provide environment for mold, growth in ducts. Split, tower, window with added air filters are best
The windows are differently designed in a central ac apartment. Take a look at your office which has central AC. You cannot open the windows. So it’s less dusty. Same with doors and the design of the building where there are layers so the dust doesn’t come inside. Checkout the centrally air conditioned apartments in Dubai, you’ll understand.
Prestige whitemeadows has central AC apartments
Thank you. I found out Embassy lake terrace offers the same.
Get an air purifier with HEPA filter. Works in winter too for allergic, dust sensitive people
This is the right answer. Central AC might actually be worse depending on how well it's maintained.
Already have 3 air purifiers in my place. It doesn’t work due to frequent opening and closing of doors and the need for fresh air and ventilation. Got my house deep cleaned, vacuumed and painted but it’s still an issue. I infact stayed in a hotel room for few days to see if that changes and it did. I also prefer a constant temperature of 24-25 c. Neither hot nor cold.
Most of the total environment apartments offer centralised AC
Thank you
TC:1.4 cr? really
Less or more
Level and YOE in AMZN?
Old thread but still- Go with Total Environment or Embassy
Most Bangalore apartment ceilings are not high enough for Centralised AC and false ceilings.
