Base pay for Workday PM in Vancouver
What is the Base pay for a PM role in Workday, Vancouver? Offer I got is 120K CAD base. PM YOE is 3. Current base is 140k USD. Moving to Canada for personal reasons. So, i expected a lower pay but this is too low. Is this the best I can expect outside MAANG in Canada? Thanks. #productmanagement
Did you compare the cost of living between both locations? Lower COL at new location might be ok with less base pay.
That's true but I live in Dallas where COL is low compared to Vancouver, which is probably similar to Seattle with super high COL. I wanted to know if i should push for higher pay, look for another job or accept this is the best offer outside MAANG and go with it.

Yea pay in canada tends to be much less and for places like vancouver, or Toronto where col is as high its not a great deal. You are doing this for personal reasons so you might not have much options.
Base for PM3 is Vancouver is about $115k right now, Canada is lower in general so $120k is probably a fair base offer.
Wait, is the 120k TC or base? If TC, pretty lowball. If base, it's still not at the top I think.. somewhere mid maybe

Can't be certain but wouldn't be surprised if it's somewhere around 150k base
