Btw the problem in the past was Chinese investors with hoardes of cash that made the market unstable . It won’t fall down much , though without Chinese money it’s hard to sustain the current levels (even with the so called high pay in Bay Area) , when the prices fall, salaries will also need to be adjusted , you cannot have high salaries and low home prices , it’s all about competition.
