Waiting for the upcoming crash in prices.

Oath supremist Feb 3, 2019

You work for Facebook and Can’t afford to buy a house? Ha ha.

Microsoft stayfitcop Feb 3, 2019

Do you see any of the major tech companies in Bay Area going away soon or laying off half their workforce? No? So why would housing here crash?

SAP DaedalusSF Feb 3, 2019

Marry a girl whose parents had real estate in SF from the 60s.

Google 1234-/:;( Feb 4, 2019

Or marry a man who has one already

Amazon Cant Feb 3, 2019

What’s your problem? All my friends in Bay areas have their own houses.

Facebook Instagrаm Feb 3, 2019

Move to Seattle and live like a king

Microsoft am sjbg Feb 3, 2019

It’s not that much cheaper here

Facebook Instagrаm Feb 3, 2019

I’d say twice as cheap at least. You can buy a nice home in Kirkland 98033 for about 1M, whereas a similar house would cost at least 2M in Mountain View.

Microsoft puyo Feb 3, 2019

Rent and brainwash yourself by saying things like how it it would be less expensive and risk free to rent for the next 5 to 7 years and then move elsewhere.

I'm moving out. Company is opening an office in the Midwest and offered the same TC for whoever wants to move. Soon I'll buy a 4000sq feet home for $400k and raise my kids there.

Amazon netscapeOG Feb 3, 2019

Yeah but it’s the Midwest...

You can never have everything. Gotta pick your poison and mine isn't a million dollar mortgage.

Udacity RkcO20 Feb 4, 2019

Move to Sacramento instead and work remote, you can still go to work once or twice in a week, still better than living in LA

SAP ithQ70 Feb 6, 2019

Why that far when there is place called san ramon

Udacity RkcO20 Feb 8, 2019

San Ramon housing is almost as expensive as peninsula vs Sac. Housing is still affordable Plus Sac. is a very underrated (for now) decent city
