Bay area tech companies who offer large sign on bonuses (>=50k) for equivalent level of Google L4?
I know about Facebook interns getting 100k return offers. For Airbnb, I had got 50k in the past. Google only offered 25k. What companies offer big sign on bonuses?

Amazon sign on is to make up for the back loaded vesting schedule. Also the sign on is paid out over 12 months per paycheck.
Doesnβt make PayPal wrong though. Assuming you can survive at amazon for four years you end up with the good two years of signing bonuses and the full amount of RSUβs vesting.
