Been offered a position after 2 Mo temping. Misc advice requested

Recent college graduate. I hopped into an Administrative Assistant position with an Escrow and Title Company. They're asking to promote me to a more permanent position out of the Admin Assistant position with a salary of $50k. Assuming the contract doesn't contain any non-competitive clauses, should I rest easy knowing I can hop out for greener pastures at any time? I owe them mild loyalty for hiring me straight out of college, but it's only tangentially using my degree. (BS in Marketing and they let me run the newsletter and Facebook). No real question, mostly just looking for broad advice.

If in CA, non-competes are illegal. You should probably be fine. It's also easier to find a job when you have one, as ironic as that is.

You can also use your degree by bringing more options to them with regards to marketing. This brings value to them and makes you look like a great hire!
