I struggle in behavioral interview questions, how do you prepare for them? For example simple questions like 'how do you collaborate?' In the recent interview the first question I was asked was ' how do you build trust in your team'. I guess i fail to give a good answers for these questions. The companies I interviewed with never gave any feedback so I don't know what went wrong, but I have a feeling that these behavioral questions I didn't tackle very well. Anyone else in same boat and any pointers on how to better prepare. How would you frame answers to such questions?
