Benchmark Interviews

I'm getting a lot of interest from FAANG recruiters lately but I'm not quite ready to interview. I'm still grinding LC. Currently at 40/16/1. I'm working through the New Year's Eve Curated list posted here earlier this year. Google is my dream but I've already failed an on-site once. I was thinking of possibly doing some of the others I am not interested in as a heat check/benchmark for Google. I don't want to risk my "at-bats" unless I'm clearing FANG level on-sites. What are the possible downsides to this approach? Currently have interest from MS, AMZN, FB, AirBnb & LinkedIn I'm worried that by the time I finish grinding, recruiter solicitations will dry up.
