Where is the best place (company, location, etc) to start career as new grad? More interested in technical and career mentorship, growth opportunity, ability to make impact over TC.

Company doesn't matter. Depends entirely on the team. You could be at 5-person startup with life-changing mentorship or at Google but no one gives a shit about you. Entirely depends on the context.
