Best Reddit sub for software developers?

I want to expand my online community exposure beside blind. Fwiw, I love Blind so far. What I am looking for is more discussion about programming languages, tech, effective communication skills, etc. And less discussion about TC, PIP stories, interview tips. Any good recommendations? I assumed Reddit would be a good place but doesn’t necessarily have to be that.
