Best areas of Adobe for career growth?

What’s your current TC, YOE & location?
I have a total of about 5 years of experience, TC is about $190k And I’m based out of the east coast. Any suggestions for areas of growth and what products are doing well. The area I am in now is not selling well and people leaving left and right, also nobody is hitting quota
