What is the best city to buy home (hopefully with good school district) with price range of 600-700k? I was searching in Frisco, TX as market was hot there but that area seems to be saturated and couldn’t find good homes in that price range. I’m worried about 3% property taxes in Austin area and kind of avoiding that area if possible. #housing
Stay away from Dallas and its suburbs! We full!
3% property taxes in TX with no income taxes. That is a great deal, assuming you make a lot of money.... Of course if you have to send your kids to private school, that blows the deal
Near Ny Wayne county PA Best school districts and lower taxes than NY and NJ
There seem to be only a couple of houses for his budget with good schools on zillow
Raleigh or Charlotte NC
Are homes still available in decent price range? Market was abnormal in this area at some point
Raleigh: Prices are still 2x of 2020, but it’s slowing down - homes are staying for longer and not selling for a high % above list like they were in the past year and half. I’m waiting for early 2023 to buy a first home.
Boston suburbs
can u explain why
Amazing schools, safe, a lot to do for adults and kids, a lot of culture, very diverse, politically moderate, great hospitals, you get 4 seasons and everything that comes with it, access to beach, ski, etc. also, if anyone is concerned about climate change….I read that the area will withstand based on the projections.
Need more details on what you like to do and/or general geography. Otherwise there are about 1000+ suburbs in America with good schools where you can get a nice big home for 700k.
Philly suburbs
If you move to a moderate or republican state please think twice before you vote for a progressive candidate in elections. Please. Don’t screw up your new state and turn it into another California
The only thing wrong with California is NIMBYism driving up costs, which both parties do.
Making your vote count by moving to a right wing state and voting left is the only reason to move there.
