I’m thinking about making a change, Lyfts mobile community is awesome but curious what other good android orgs are out there? So far I have: - square - Airbnb
Redfin has quality Android team that is small enough to make a large impact. We are growing like crazy! Let me know if you need a referral
Do you guys pay well?
Not as much as Lyft unfortunately but still really good, especially in SF. The stock is incredibly undervalued so its a good time to come in. Thats just my opinion though.

What's does the Android interview at Lyft look like? Also TC for 9+ yoe?
Generally it’s design and build an app given a prompt. Think a simple app like a special networked calculator or something. Then a code review round to show off what you built, then a behavioral. 9yoe could be senior or staff. Depending on the level, tc would probably be between 400-550k possibly more if you knock the staff interview out of the park
Ah okay. How's the wlb there? Not worse than DD?
