I'm considering a move to San Diego. Which companies have the best TC, culture, work / life balance, etc. ? I have 6 years experience, mostly as a back-end engineer.

Best WLB = Northrop Grumman or other aerospace tech. Clock in, write 50 lines of code, clock out. For TC, go for Amazon or Google. For a mix of both, Sony, Qualcomm, and a few others in north San Diego county.

Yes. Do a blind search for more info. Not always easy to get a job at these offices though. Limited head count = more competition.
