Some food for thought: in a HCOL area, housing has to be treated as an investment. As such, school districts definitely are important if you want to see a good investment return, even if you don’t care about school quality yourself.
Exactly. Even though our first child is at least a 6-7 years away before we would need the elementary school we still tried to make sure our school rating is good. Greater ROI
