Good work life balance, people are nice and managers look out for you. Unlimited vacation (within reason)
Boeing has amazing wlb... I work 8-4 never leave later that 4:30 ish, get 22 days of PTO which can go up to 32 days with tenure. Also I get 6 days off for Christmas holiday coming up. Never feel rushed on any projects (work in information security/ cybersec)
Food and wlb.
Best wlb and manager (and have been in Amzn and Ms in the past)
