Best way to find recruiter contacts for data engineering roles in companies
I started off as a backend software engineer and I have been mostly doing data engineering work and I want to continue in the same. Unfortunately most of the recruiter emails I receive are for generic software eng roles. What are some good ways to find recruiters for DE roles in apple, Microsoft, amazon, Nvidia, datadog ? I tried connecting and pinging recruiters on LinkedIn but no one replies. Should I just apply on the website or try to find a recruiter in LinkedIn to speak to? Mostly writing python based ETLs . Working in both AWS and GCP. Have some experience in spark

Yea I have same question too.
DE -> SWE here. TC +50%, WLB +20% better, chance to be replaced by developing country workers -70%. Why go to a dead end if you are already on SWE??
