I am tired of contacting the bank every month to ask them for permission to use MY money to pay my rent. Are there any other credit unions that don't require contact to pay rent if it exceeds the $2000 mark? Please do share ππ½
Just set up a recurring ACH.
I had to Google what you meant, thank you. Will look more into it
Are you using Zelle? I think this is a Zelle limit not BECU.
I don't use zelle.
You can get the limit permanently raised if you call them and ask nicely
I work in customer service, I'm always nice because I know how it goes. I just vent not in front of them or online. I've asked in numerous occasions with no avail, unfortunately.
I got navy fed and donβt have any issues paying $4k rent on my debit card if youβre able to get membership
Why are you limiting yourself to credit unions? Why not use a bank?
Unfortunately, I had Wells Fargo, then they signed me up for a credit card that I never requested and almost ruined my credit. I don't trust corporate banks. My mom had Bank of America and they held her funds out of nowhere for weeks, there was no communication, she never did anything illegal, she never generated withdrawals, nothing. I really like BECU, but I'm fed up contacting them so regularly and wait a long time for a temporary resolution.
Uh why not a check?
I pay everything online
