Big 4 transfers
Anyone have any stories on switching from PWC to Deloitte or IBM? Considering if its worth it as a manager.

Very curious as well. I find that EY's culture has been diluted over the past 4 years from hiring lots of IBM, Accenture, and direct hire PPEDs. And not in a good way.

I'd never do that unless something goes terribly wrong with the current firm and you LOVE public accounting.

Switched from PwC to Deloitte. Like PwC people better but Deloitte technology is better. My team is stuck up and not helpful, cut throat competition but this may not be an overall culture at Deloitte.
I switched from PWC to EY. Fairly seamless and a huge culture upgrade.
Can you describe how it was a culture upgrade for you?
