Grateful to be in a unique situation, bumping my TC 60%+ and two jumps in title. Interviews all went really well, got referred to another position at the company that just opened up and ended up getting the role over another candidate with more experience due to interviews, team fit etc. Question for any marketing analytics people - what skills are you applying or tech stack are you leveraging in your current roles? And what resources/ ways are you developing these further? For me, this role (Marketing Analytics Lead) will be diving much deeper into areas like A/B and Multivariate testing for B2B emails and campaigns. Building out multi touch scoring. Some Snowflake SQL will be utilized as well as preference for Python (plan on starting a GitHub portfolio and learning on the side). This role also utilized Google Analytics which I’ll pick up on, but unsure what similar tools would be good to familiarize myself with especially with the potential dramatic shift away from PPC advertising/ Google Search due to the rise of platforms like ChatGPT. I’ve also developed a Tableau portfolio over the years and plan on developing this further. TC: 121K YOE: .8, 2.5 w/ internships
If SaaS learn your product really well, and the sale funnel (how to avoid churn) Ecom is very tooling dependent so depends on what your company uses. Same with your CRM tooling Emails are mailchimp and other standard tools
