At some point they were talking about sweeping dust into their own coin. afaik they havent added that feature yet. rant on the forums: they were considering adding this, they might just need a reminder :)

Use BNB to pay for the transaction fees and you will not be left with anything. It’s a really really good benefit of using Binance
I don’t think you can now. Not until they introduce fiat pairs.
