Binance’s response to this is ridiculous. There is a reason this company isnt registered anywhere with any money laundering regulations and is being blocked everywhere getting their license. Sure SEC is the party with bad faith here. This wont end well for binance.
Coinbase is public company ,don’t compare with Binance (controlled by single person) . Coinbase infact forced the SEC to give the explanation about that notice through court.
