It's my wifes' birthday in a month. In the past, I have gifted her shoes, ring, most of the apple products, clothes, taken out of state for vacation, decorated our home in a surprise manner. I would think of experience s like : spa, suprise day trip without kids, cooking/music,/baking/painting class, or any other class of her liking, hot air balloon ride,. Arranging a surprise meet up with any of her old friends.
