BizOps / Strategy Roles (L6 / Senior Manager)
I’m trying to get a sense for what pay bands look like in BizOps at large tech companies who have BizOps / Strategy roles. Some example names in no particular order: FANG, LinkedIn, Opendoor, Instacart, Uber, Doordash, Coinbase, Stripe, Hulu, Pinterest, Robinhood, Postmates Looking to understand comp ranges for 6-8 YOE (I’ve been told this fits L6 / Senior Manager roles). Have found it difficult to aggregate many data points for these roles so any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks! L6 at Coinbase maps to Manager, not senior manager. TC at L6 for Biz ops would be roughly $275k is my guess

6-8 YOE sounds about right. But that’s if you are out of Bain, BCG, McKinsey or a biz ops program from another top tier company. Very unlikely to get the job without those on your resume unfortunately
Interested in stats for this as well. Just finished loop rounds at Amazon for L5 bizops mgr and have comp negotiation soon. Currently IC4 tier2.
